Temperament : Afghan Hounds are now been bred into reserved, lively, active
breeds.
Care and Training : Because of its Fur Coat, This dog needs
Extra care and grooming. You should bath them once in 2-3 months.
These dogs are highly active so they are advised to be given daily
exercise in terms of Running. That's why you are not advised to buy
this breed if you have space problems.
Life Span: 12 - 15 Years
Litter Size: 6 - 8
General Info : They are generally Healthy, but it's possible
for them to get cataracts. As they belong to hunter category they
might chase your small pets if they are not properly trained.
